Tollsaver - With the ring delay switch set to toll saver, an incoming call is answered on the fourth ring, if no previous messages have been received, and on the second ring otherwise. This feature tells the user if there are no recorded messages, and the user simply hangs up before the fourth ring.
Process Color - The colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, plus Black, used for offset printing.
Direct Stream Digital™ Encoding (DSDE) - A technology used by SACD (SONY) systems. The key advantage of DSDE is that it can carry 4 times as much information as the conventional CD/PCM format. DSDE also has a superior frequency response and dynamic range across the audible frequency range.

Virtual channel number - This is the channel the consumer thinks he is watching. The actual (physical) channel is selected by a hidden mechanism.
HD-Capable TV - A standard definition set with a digital tuner. (This term was probably invented to confuse people.)
Monitor Output - With a Monitor Output, the output jack connects a receiver to the video input of a TV set. The receiver can then be used to switch between external video sources such as a VCR.
