On-Screen Programming (OSP) - A display of the menu on the TV screen for purposes of programming a VCR. The menu displays time, channel, index and VCR mode.

ROM - Read Only Memory. Used for static information on computing devices.
Dot Pitch - The distance between the dots on a computer monitor, typically 0.2 to 0.3 millimeters. The closer the dots the sharper the image on the monitor.
